Pick-up Orders
Pick-up is from my home in Caboolture, QLD (4510). Pick-up is by appointment only and may be unattended outside of your pick-up time. Your appointment time is the time frame selected when ordering.
Can't make it to your original time? No worries, life happens. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to make it so we can reschedule. You can contact me at admin@thesweettreatco.com.au or via TEXT to 0418853590. (please include your name or order number)
AUS WIDE DELIVERY - COOKIES AND BROWNIES (excl. Cookie Cakes)
Australia wide orders are sent EXPRESS post via AusPost. All Aus wide orders will be shipped on your selected delivery date.
Local Delivery orders will be delivered by me on your chosen delivery date. PLEASE NOTE that if local delivery is not selected as your shipping method then your order will be shipped via Auspost.
Do you make custom cakes?
Yes, We do custom cakes! To enquire about custom cakes please head to the custom orders page. We usually require 2 weeks minimum for custom orders however if you need something sooner we may not be booked, please get in contact to check availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all of our custom orders require a minimum of 50% deposit to secure your order. Deposits must be paid within 3 days (unless otherwise discussed) if your deposit is not paid in this time you may lose your spot. If we haven't received your deposit, your order is not confirmed.
How far in advance do I have to order?
Orders close at 5pm every Saturday for the following week (Tuesday-Saturday) unless booked out prior. If your preferred date/time is greyed out this means that we are fully booked or unavailable.
For Custom cakes and Bulk orders we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, however, please note that we have limited order capacity and are likely to book out fast. If you have an emergency order, or short notice we may be able to help, please don't hesitate to ask get in contact.
Do you deliver?
Local delivery is within 25kms of Caboolture (4510). Delivery times are between 9am-5pm Tues-Fri and between 9am-1pm on Saturdays. Specific delivery times can not be guaranteed as our deliveries are scheduled around pick-up appointments. If you require your order by a certain time for your event we recommend selecting the day before or pick-up.
Not in our delivery zone? We may be able to deliver to you for an additional fee, please get in contact to discuss options.
Do you cater to allergies?
If you are after something allergy friendly we do our best to cater to your needs. Please keep in mind that all our products are produced using the same kitchen/equipment, therefore we cannot 100% guarantee that there will be no traces of allergens.
Do you have Vegan or Gluten Free options?
We can make Vegan and gluten free options for custom orders only at this stage. We hope to offer a variety of vegan and gluten free options in the future, but until then if you are after something in particular please get in contact with us (admin@thesweettreatco.com.au) to discuss options.
